Mark was born in St. Catherines, Canada and began playing professionaly at age 16 with his band, The Kids. Mark continued to work with fellow Canadians Neal Peart (Rush), Paul Kersey (Max Webster) and Ron Sexsmith as he continued to develop his unique writing style. This led to the recording of his debut CD, Twenty Feet Away, and the beginning of his transformation from guitar player to front man / singer / songwriter.

Mark is now living in Niagara Falls, Canada and writing songs for his second C.D. He is expected to tour in the fall of 2013.
